    • By booking a stay at Hotel Park Point, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Hotel reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

    Reservations & Payment

    • All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card/UPI payment.
    • Payment is required at check-in or as per the rate policy chosen at the time of booking.
    • Cancellations and modifications are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

    Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and Check-Out time is by 11:00 AM.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • On failure of the Guest to vacate the room on expiry of the check-out time, Management shall have the right to remove the Guests and their belongings from the assigned room/s or shall levy charges as late check out charge.

    Extra person policy:

    • Child below 8 years will be complimentary.
    • Child above 8 years will be considered as an adult and will be charged as adult per person rate per night.

     

    Guest Responsibilities

    • As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to give a photocopy of identity proof i.e Voter ID, Aadhar, Driving Licence, Passport, Birth Certificate (Valid Passport and Vissa must for foreigners) at the time of check-in.
    • Keep fire away. Do not kindle fire, do not throw away lighted matches, cigarettes etc. Smoking is not allowed in public areas like reception, restaurant, lobby, and may result penalty charges.
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and the host will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
    • We request you to share information on allergies and dietary restrictions, if any to personalize your experience.

     

    Hotel Policies

    • Pets are strictly not allowed.
    • Consumption of outside food is not allowed inside the hotel.
    • Hotel Park Point reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid ID.
    • Below 18 years guests will be permitted to check in only with guardians.
    • Single Person occupancy is not allowed. Minimum occupancy per room is two persons/room.
    • Drugs and gambling are strictly prohibited in the property.
    • Visitors will not be allowed to the guest rooms between 19:00 PM to 08:00 AM
    • Male visitors are not allowed to the room with Female occupants and Female visitors are not allowed to the room with male occupants. Visitors must carry Govt. Visitors must produce and give a photocopy of their ID proof and phone number in the reception.
    • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests.
    • Bills must be settled on presentation by cash or credit card. In case of bills to the company, Guest needs to sign the bills. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
    • The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and/or damage to Guests’ belongings or any other property from either the room or locker, or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.
